    Ⅰ. Charging
    Charging current
Charging current can not exceed the maximum charging current specified in "Battery Specification". The charging current beyond the specified current may effect battery's charging and discharging performance, mechanical property and safety and what's more may lead to heating and leakage.
    Charging voltage
Charging voltage can not exceed the rated voltage specified in "Battery Specification". The maximum applicable charging voltage is 4.25V and forbidden to exceed. Overvoltage may effect battery's charging and discharging performance, mechanical property and safety and what's more may lead to heating and leakage. This is very dangerous, so the charger must abide by this rule.
    Charging temperature
The battery must charging within temperature range specified in "Battery Specification".
    Never reverse charging
Make sure that anode and cathode of battery are properly connected. The battery will failed to charging if they are wrong connected, meanwhile charging and discharging performance, mechanical property and safety will be lowed and lead to heating and leakage.
    Ⅱ. Discharging
    Discharging current
Discharging current can not exceed the maximum discharging current specified in "battery specification". High discharging current may lead to sharp decrease of battery capacity, thus resulting in over heating.
    Discharging temperature
Battery discharging must working within temperature range specified in "Battery Specification".
    Over discharging
It should be noted that battery do not use in a long time, it will in a state of discharging because of its self discharge property. In order to avoid over discharging, the battery should charging regularly and maintain voltage at the range of 3.6--3.9V.
The charger should have a device that prevent battery discharged lower than cut-off voltage, and also a device prevent charging repeatedly.
Before fast charging, battery should pre-charging for 15-30 minute at a lower current so that the battery voltage can reach 3.0V, then start fast charging .the use of chronograph can accomplish pre-charging step. If one or two batteries cannot reach 3.0V, the charger is able to stop the next fast charging and show the battery in a abnormal condition.
